2. HOW TO ENTER. All members who sign up for eStatements during the qualifying time period are automatically entered to win. All members who are already signed up for eStatements are automatically entered to win. To enter without purchase, hand print name, complete address, daytime phone number and date of birth on a 3” x 5” card and mail to: BFG eStatement 500, 445 S.Main St., Akron, OH 44311. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by November 23, 2021 and received by November 30, 2021. One entry per person. Multiple entries will disqualify entrant. No copies or mechanical reproductions of mail-in entries will be accepted. Neither the sponsor BFG Federal Credit Union nor any of their employees, representatives or agencies are responsible for lost, late, misdirected, damaged, delayed, destroyed, incomplete, illegible, or postage due entries or scanner/computer failures or malfunctions of any kind or human or technical errors or failures in the transmission or receipt of entries. Once submitted entries become the exclusive property of the sponsor and will not be returned.

3. ELIGIBILITY. Employees of BFG Federal Credit Union and their respective affiliate companies, parents, subsidiaries, agents, advertising and promotional agencies, their immediate families or persons residing in the same household of such employees are not eligible to enter or win. Subject to applicable federal, state and local laws. If the winner selected is determined to be a minor (as determined by the sponsor in its sole discretion) the prize may be awarded to the entrant’s custodial parent or legal guardian with whom the entrant shares a primary residence.

4. DRAWING. The winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about December 1, 2021. Drawing will be conducted by BFG Federal Credit Union. Entrants agree to be bound by the official rules and by the decision of the judges which is final and binding in all respects. Winner will be notified by email. Winner will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release and a Publicity Release within 14 days of notification. In the event of noncompliance with these requirements, such prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected. If prize notification is returned as undeliverable, such prize will be forfeited with an alternate winner selected.

5. PRIZE/ODDS OF WINNING PRIZE. One grand prize of $500 cash will be awarded. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received. Any and all federal, state and local taxes on the prize are winner’s sole responsibility. Any unspecified expenses related to acceptance of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. No prize transfers except as allowed  by specific sweepstakes rules.

6. GENERAL. By participating, entrant releases BFG Federal Credit Union, their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates and directors, officers, employees or agencies of any of the above organizations from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from his/her participation in the sweepstakes or resulting from acceptance , possession, use or misuse of any prize. Acceptance of a prize shall constitute and signify the winner’s agreement and consent that BFG Federal Credit Union may use his/her full name, city, state, likeness and/or prize information for promotional purposes without further compensation.
